Glow in the Dark Cats: I want one!!!

Who do I need to talk to to get a glow in the dark cat. Apparently South Korea has cloned cats that glow in the dark. Supposedly the use is for stem cell research that could be applied to other animals and humans. According to the Seoul Ministry of Science, the cats have
